BLACK SOYBEAN RESPONSE TO ANTIOXIDANT APPLICATION FOR GROWTH AND YIELD UNDER SALINITY STRESS CONDITIONS

چکیده
Black soybean (Glycine max L.) is native to Asia and well adapted tropical climate countries, such as, Indonesia. The demand for black supply increases due soy sauce making. Limited fertile land causes efforts enhance production relocate sub-optimal lands, saline land. However, in soils the plant productivity very low; therefore, technological inputs are required prevent crop from salinity stress, one of which an exogenous application antioxidants. presented study aimed analyze yield several cultivars when applied with antioxidants under stress conditions. used a randomized complete block design factorial arrangement three replications. first factor comprised four soybean, i.e., Malika, Detam 2, 3, 4, while second was (ascorbic acid, salicylic vitamin E – α-tocopherol) application, without antioxidant (control). results showed that significantly affected growth cultivars. cultivar 2 compared other cultivars, performed best based on morphological yield-related traits soil Furthermore, antioxidants, acid gave characters, ascorbic better traits. Overall, increased tolerance genotypes as control

متن کاملPhysiological Response of Quinoa to Nitrogen Application under Salinity Conditions
Salinity stress is one of the major abiotic stresses which injures plants by limited water absorption and nutrient imbalance and limits crop growth. In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer on physiological traits of quinoa at high salt concentrations, a greenhouse experiment was conducted in a factorial arrangement based on a randomized complete block with three replications in 2019...

In order to evaluate responses of a pistachio seedling rootstock (Pistacia vera L. cv. Ghazvini) to NaCl induced salinity stress and potential protective role of exogenous spermine and spermidine on NaCl induced salinity stress, a greenhouse experiment was conducted during growing season of 2009. The NaCl treatments, involving 800, 1600, and 3200 mg NaCl per Kg of soil for 90 days, suppressed g...
متن کاملEffects of Growth Stimulator Microbes on Growth and Ions Concentration of Stevia under Salinity Stress Conditions
Soil salinity and water deficit are major problems for development of agricultural production. In this study, effects of growth promoting microorganisms (inoculation with Piriformospora indica and two isolates of Streptomyces sp.) on the leaf yield and absorption rate of some elements in leaves and roots of stevia plant was investigated under salinity conditions for two consecutive years (2016-...
